• A Non-Refundable Retainer fee will be payable to secure any booking with us

• In the event of a 'No Show' to your appointment will result in full payment being required before you can book any further appointments wth us

• No refunds will be given after the treatment has taken place

• We do require you to fill in a Customer Consultation Form before your treatment

• Over 18 Years old only (with the exception of a Teen Facial but your Parent/ Guardian consent required at appointment)
