Give your lips that Flawless line and colour with our Semi-Permanent Lip Liner and Blush No need to worry about Lipstick on your teeth or smudging your lipstick on a night out Using a machine we place pigment into the skins surface layers giving a colour blush to the lips. Pigments are of high spec and will not turn to a different colour. Over time the colour will only fade to a lighter colour of the one you chosen.
