1. A Non-Refundable Retainer fee will be payable to secure any booking with us

2. In the event of a 'No Show' to your appointment will result in full payment being required before you can book any further appointments wth us

3. No refunds will be given after the treatment has taken place

4. We do require you to fill in a Customer Consultation Form before your treatment

5. Over 18 Years old only (with the exception of a Teen Facial but your Parent/ Guardian consent required at appointment)
